i appreciated the facilities available for kids. the water park was a hit. the rooms were a good size for my family. it helped to have a playground right there.

the pool felt too small given the number of rooms. it got crowded quickly with kids. the pool area closed relatively early at 7pm. non-slip mats were needed around the pool steps.

The hotel is great for families with young kids. I was a solo traveler. the room was a good size. the pool area is nice with good access to the sand and ocean. The location is great for the night markets. it had many restaurants nearby.

the swim-up bar needed more staff at busy times. it sometimes took a long time to get service.

The resort offered excellent activities for kids. I liked the water park, the indoor playground, and the outdoor playground. Beach access was convenient for us. We enjoyed the themed dinner nights very much. The pool bar was awesome and staff were great. The location was great.

the location was great. it was close to fisherman's village. i found the staff to be attentive. john, a f&b attendant, always made sure i had what i needed and payton at the lazy coconut beach bar made good cocktails during happy hour.

The noise from the road and market was excessive. it was hard to sleep well because of this. i expected better noise proofing. the floor also got slippery when wet. This was not ideal with so many children around.

i enjoyed being right on the beach. my kids especially loved the kids club and splash pad. the breakfast selection was really good (they even had gluten-free options!). we also took advantage of the hotel's proximity to the night market for some evening exploring.
